Return and Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify me with your concerns within 3 business days of receiving your item.

You may the choose to return and exchange an item that has the same value. If the value is more than the purchase price you will be given a credit for 30 days to use and applied to the desired item. You may forfeit your credit if not used within the 30 days. 

If you are requesting a full refund, be sure to contact me within 3 days of receiving your item and advise you will be returning the item. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping cost to return to the seller. Once the item is received, the seller will then issue a refund. Note: The item must be shipped back in its original state. Meaning, all tags attached, not worn, no smells such as perfume or smoke. The seller will advise the buyer that the item has been received and issue the refund immedlately.

Inorder to request a refund, the item must not have been worn, have any smells upon returning. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost and must be shipped back within 5 business days of the initial 3 days that you notify the seller. It is required that you ship the item back in it’s original condition. 

Made to order means that the order will be made when you place the order. The turn around times will be listed in the specific description. Please note that handmade items do take time and to ensure you are given the best product we ask for your patience.

Sizes vary from person to person. The actual size may change depending on the handmade item you will order. Please review the chart below and choose what’s best for you when choosing a size. The sizes could also stretch a little bit larger depending on the person. Choose the smallest size closest to your size as the weight of the yarn may vary as the stitch.
